Why do you take deposits for treatments?

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the appointment you have booked. This is
to cover the products needed should you not turn up to your appointment. However
if you are booking an Anti-Wrinkle Appointment, these require to be paid in full at
the time of booking. This is due to being a prescription based treatment ordered
specifically for each individual and cannot be used on another client.


Will I get a reminder of my appointment?

Yes. We will send out an email reminder 48hrs prior to your treatment which will be
followed by a text message 24hrs before that will require you to confirm your
upcoming appointment.


What if I’m not happy with my treatment?

We will always check to see if you are happy with your service before you leave.
However, if you are unhappy with your treatment then you treatment outcome, you
must contact me via direct message/email/whatsapp within the 48 hour mark, after
your appointment to amend any issues.
 


How old do I need to be for treatments with Peachy Beauty and Aesthetics?

Beauty and Facial Treatments are 16 Years+. Cosmetic Tattoo/Permanent Makeup and Aesthetic Treatments there is a strictly over 18 Years Policy.

How do I choose the right treatment for me?


At peachy we are on hand too provide in person or online consultations for FREE
too assess what may be suitable for you.


Are there before and after photos of previous clients?


Yes. All before and after photos can be viewed across our social media pages.


Do you offer any loyalty programmes or discounts for regular clients?

Can I bring someone too my appointment with me?


We operate on a no plus one policy, due to space, privacy and safety unless
previously discussed.


Is there parking available?


There is parking directly in front of the clinic.


Do you offer any discounts?


Peachy Beauty and Aesthetics are proud to offer a 10% off NHS discount. This
discount is for NHS workers and is valid only on treatments when they are paying
for themselves not when someone else is paying for them. The NHS discounts
cannot be applied to gift vouchers or used in conjunction with other offers and
cannot be transferred onto another individual.


Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?


Appointments can be booked via website with a deposit to confirm. Any last minute slots will be posted on social media so keep an eye out!


What safety measures do you have in place?


At Peachy we are fully first aid/complications and anaphylaxis trained with first
aid/complications and anaphylaxis kits present in the salon.


How do you keep a high level of hygiene and sanitation?


At Peachy Beauty and Aesthetics, we prioritise the highest standards of hygiene
and sanitation. We meticulously sanitize all equipment, including beauty lights, work
surfaces, and client areas, between every appointment.


To ensure your safety, we use single-use items for each client, such as lash
extensions, spoolies, brushes, cotton pads, needles, and more.
For cosmetic tattooing/permanent makeup, facial machines, and eyelash tweezers,
we take extra care by either wrapping or sterilising these tools for each individual
client. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
